• Reductions for children sleeping in the parents’ room:
  under 3 years - free of charge 
  from 3 to 6 years - Euro 35,-- per day and child
  from 6 to 12 years - Euro 45,-- per day and child
  from 12 to 17 years - Euro 55,-- per day and child
• over 18 years - 20 % reduction from the room price 

• Surcharge for dogs: Euro 10,-- / 13,-- per day without food.
  Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and in the Spa area

• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of written confirmation by both sides and after payment of a deposit of Euro 100.- per person.

Cancellation: the conditions of the Austrian hotel normative apply. We recommend our guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance. We also advise that in case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the room will be charged.

• Cancellations presented within 3 months before the arrival are not charged with extra costs
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total amount
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total amount
• In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total amount
