Cancellations: The conditions of the Austrian hotel normative apply. Due to past experiences we recommend our guests to take out suitable jorney and cancellation insurance. Please note, that we must charge the whole price for your arrangement in case of a later arrival or an earlier departure.

• More than 3 month before arrival - No cancellation fees.
• 3 month until 1 month before arrival - 40 % of the arrangement.
• 1 month until 1 week before arrival: 70% of the arrangement.
• The last 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount of the stay.
