WINTER rates 2019/20

Following services are included in the half board rates:

Important information:

The local tax of 2,80 per person and per day, beginning at the age of 15 years is not included in the room price and is charged separately.

Only breakfast: Reduction € 12,-- per person and per day on the room price.

Reductions for children: 

• from 0 years to 2 years     € 20,-- per day and per child  
• from 3 years to 6 years     € 35,-- per day and per child 
• from 7 years to 12 years   € 45,-- per day and per child
• from 12 years to 17 years € 55,-- per day and per child
  over 18 years - 20 % reduction from the room price.

Extra charge for dogs: € 15,-- per day without food.
Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and in the well-being zone.

For extra charge:

• Massages from € 50,-- to € 70,--
• Garage Charge € 9,– /day
• Price for cross country skiing: € 15,-- valid for the full duration of your stay
• Gala-Dinner on Christmas Eve € 50,-- per person (dress code obligatory) 
• Gala-Dinner + New Year brunch includedon New Year's Eve € 55,--  per person (dress code obligatory)

Booking & payment:

• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of written confirmation by both sides and after payment of a deposit of Euro 200.- per person.
   
• On the day of arrival the rooms are available starting from 2 pm.
  
  
• On your departure please leave your room within 10 am.
  
  
• Methods of payment: we accept cash, EC-Cards, Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard

Cancellation and travel insurance:

Cancellations: The conditions of the Austrian hotel normative apply. Due to past experiences we recommend our guests to take out suitable jorney and cancellation insurance. Please note, that we must charge the whole price for your arrangement in case of a later arrival or an earlier departure.

• More than 1 month (30 days) before arrival:  No cancellation fees.
• 30 days until 21 days before: 40 % of the arrangement.
• 20 days until 8 days before arrival: 70% of the arrangement.
• The last 7 days before arrival: 90% of the arramgenement.
