- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of written confirmation by both sides and after payment of a deposit of Euro 200.00 per person. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a definitive room number.
- On the day of arrival the rooms are available starting from 02.00 pm. If you arrive at the hotel after 09:00 p.m., please let us know by telephone, otherwise we can no longer guarantee the room you have booked. On your departure please leave your room within 10.00 a.m.
- Meals not consumed on individual days will not be deducted from the half-board price.
- Methods of payment: we accept cash, EC-Cards, Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard
- Prices per person per night include breakfast and dinner.
- Dogs are allowed only on request. The extra charge is € 20,00 per day without food. Please bring a dog basket or blanket for the room. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room and wellness area for reasons of hygiene (we reserve the right to charge a supplement of € 50.00 for the final cleaning).

Free cancellation for direct bookers up to 30 days before arrival!
Cancellations:
- More than 1 month (30 days) before arrival: No cancellation fees.
- 30 days until 21 days before: 40 % of the arrangement.
- 20 days until 8 days before arrival: 70% of the arrangement.
- The last 7 days before arrival: 90% of the arramgenement.
Due to past experiences we recommend our guests to take out suitable journey and cancellation insurance. Please note, that we must charge the whole price for your arrangement in case of a later arrival or an earlier departure.
For regulations not stated, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
